Staff are very good. Specially mr. Yossof who speaks english fluently and helped us to book return bus. Other staff also foik, arzoo and gokhen are good and we talk to them using google translate. Durig our stay, our room were cleaned twice but it may be down daily uppon request. We asked for some dishes and glass for use in the room and mr. Gokhen delivered to us immediately. Also the lump of WC was not ok and mr. Gokhen changed it by a new one. Lights of the room was very good. Clothes rack was big and good. AC worked perfectly and we turn it off at the night Breakfast was good. During the breakfast we enjoied the view of the city and black sea

Good choice for the value, can catch mini bus to Meydan( city center) just next to the hotel Good view from breakfast restuarant

Everything was amazing If I want back to stay in Trabzon no doubt i will choose to stay again in this hotel The staff and the room was clean and comfortable with good price Many restaurants and markets in the street Also there is transportation like bus and taxis easy to go to the city center I really recommend it

it was just amazing, azra hotel is everything you want in a hotel for your vacations, the receptionist are all kind and were very nice to accomodate our early check in time when the room was available, the hotel was clean, the sheets washed the toiletries were perfect, and the breakfast was lovely,the restaurant lady makes the best omelets for sure, the location is great, it is near to a lot of shops restaurant and very close to a mall, and on our return the receptionist again called our taxi for our early departure even if it was veery late at night. all in all if you want to stay in trabzon this is your go to destination !

Location is easily accessible (from/to Meydan, Forum, etc.).. For Transportation: use minivans, strongly recommended: well spread and very cheap. Tell the driver to Bostanci and he will drop you directly at the hotel front door. View from restaurant's terrace is very nice Staff are extremely friendly and cooperative

rooms were very clean and very spacious. big wardrobe. available parking dedicated for the hotel. very quite and no noise at all. there are a lot of coffeeshops, supermarkets and grocery shops next to the hotel. reasonable price.

Staff at the reception were supportive and location of the hotel served the purpose of our staying as Forum mall, cafes, restaurants, and groceries were nearby. The room was clean and car parking was available.

I liked the hotel. Very good price per room. Helpful people at the reception. Quiet area. The room has everything you need, a lot of outlets in convenient places, the wifi works fine. I had a top floor, a beautiful view from the window. I liked the breakfast. Generally all was good. There are good not expensive cafes on the same street as the hotel and mini markets.
